I have all the great inspection tools that I can use to help find issues in the home. Thermal imaging camera, zip level foundation measuring system, moisture detectors and a drone for high roofs that are not accessible with a ladder.

The pre purchase inspection can be done during your option period. I inspect all ages and sizes of home.
When the home is complete a final inspection can be done before your walk through. Third Party Inspection.
Frame/Pre sheetrock Inspection is done before the installation of the sheetrock and insulation. Third Party Inspector.
Foundation Inspection is done before the concrete is poured. Third Party Phase Inspection.
Warranty Inspections are done proir to the end of the warranty period.
Pre Sale Inspections are done prior to listing your home for sale.
Inspection Reports of existing homes, new homes, and homes in the frame and foundation phase.
I do not sub out inspections to other inspectors. When you schedule with me - I'm the inspector that comes out. We are not a large pool of inspectors, I am a private inspector who works for you, not builders or realtors. Most all my referrals are from past clients to friends or relatives.
My wife, Heide works in the office and will be happy and able to answer any questions you have. We are a small company and have time to really understand your needs.
I perform inspections on weekend also for your convenience and so that you may be more easily able to attend the inspection if you wish to.
I maintain a supra key to make access available.
If the home is vacant please confirm that all the utilities to the home are are on; water, gas and electric. It's always a disappointment if something can not be operated due to lack of power, gas or water in the home.
If it is a new home always confirm with the builder that all paint is dry so that we don't get improper moisture reading with the thermal imaging camera.
