Prepared October 27, 2026 for owner review. This replacement website is unpublished, both inspection-request forms remain preview-only, and the prepared email-only request system is not active. Hosted request storage, email sender authentication, and end-to-end delivery testing remain pending. The current GoDaddy website remains live until a separately approved transition.

Website Information and Inspection Requests
Website information helps visitors learn about inspection services and request information. Calculator amounts are estimates, not a guaranteed final price. Inspection scope, property access, utilities, availability, and final fees must be confirmed personally.
Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment, create a confirmed booking, or authorize payment. Our office will contact you to confirm availability, inspection details, and pricing. Brad personally performs every inspection and schedules no more than one per day. In the current preview, reviewing form details does not submit or save a request.
An inspection is governed by the separate inspection agreement and applicable requirements. Website descriptions, photographs, educational articles, and sample-report information do not replace that agreement or determine the condition of a particular property. Nothing here changes legally required disclosures or non-waivable rights.
Appropriate Use and External Resources
Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the forms, submit malicious material, interfere with website security, or attempt to obtain private inspection reports or other people's information.
Website text and photographs may include material owned by Brad Leland or used with permission. Viewing the website does not authorize redistribution of private reports or other protected material. External maps, reviews, and resources remain subject to their providers' terms and availability. Floodplain resources do not constitute a flood-zone certification or guarantee against flooding.
Email-Only Inspection Request Notifications
After the system is approved, connected, and tested, the main request form and calculator request form will submit details to a private backend. Complete request information will be emailed to lelandhomeinspection@prodigy.net with the subject INSPECTION REQUEST FROM WEBSITE.
Website notifications are email-only. The proposed automated owner SMS workflow has been discontinued. Customers receive no automated text or email messages through this request system; our office will follow up personally.
A successful request receipt means that a working backend has safely accepted the request, not that email has reached the inbox or an appointment has been booked. In this unpublished preview, request submission remains off. If receipt cannot be confirmed, keep your information and call or text 281-794-9102.
Your Contact Preference and Personal Follow-Up
Choose Phone Call, Text Message, or Email to tell our office how you prefer us to respond. Provide a valid phone number for a call or text preference, or a valid email address for an email preference. Additional contact details are optional when not needed for your selected preference.
Contact preferences authorize personal follow-up about your inquiry; they do not enroll you in an automated messaging campaign. The Text Us button opens your own messaging application for a direct message to 281-794-9102.
Historical owner SMS consent documents, signatures, and SignNow records remain private. They are not published here and are not used to activate automated notifications in this email-only system.
Email Delivery and Request Reliability
Request details are intended to be saved privately before an email notification is attempted. The prepared system validates submissions, limits spam and repeated requests, and tracks email delivery status. These hosted safeguards must be tested before activation.
Email may be delayed, rejected, filtered as spam, or temporarily unavailable. Recoverable failures are retained for controlled retry; uncertain delivery outcomes are held for review rather than blindly resending duplicate emails. Private request records and monitoring must be used to identify failures.
No notification or estimated price automatically confirms availability, an appointment, or final pricing. Please call or text if your request is urgent or you have not heard back.
Privacy and Request Information
Our Privacy Policy explains inquiry information, service providers, safeguards, and retention. Customer contact information and preferences are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred for third-party marketing. Providers may process information only as needed to operate the request system or provide requested services.
Complete request details are intended for the business email and private request record, never a public page or client-side log. Previously signed consent records and private inspection reports remain private.
